Types of Refunds:

The refund amount will be as mentioned in the duly executed documents or as mutually agreed upon between the Service Provider and Service Receiver.

Refund Timeframe:

The refund will be processed within 30 working days after receiving all the necessary documents, details, and information required by the Service Provider to initiate the transfer.

Refund Process:

Start-Up Sahay® will send an email stating the details and terms under which the refund will be processed, including the reason and amount of the refund. The Service Receiver must accept and acknowledge the email, providing their bank account details, such as the account number and IFSC code, to which the refund amount is required to be transferred. Once the required details are received, the refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be transferred to the Service Receiver within the specified timeframe (i.e., within 30 working days after receiving all the necessary documents, details, and information).

If the Service Receiver has any queries or requires clarification, they can contact the Company or its authorized representative by emailing The email should include details such as the company name, service availed, query, and the name and contact information of the person connected with Start-Up Sahay® on the project.
