Location: Gota, Ahmedabad – (Onsite Only)

Salary: Up To 3.00 LPA

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our company’s growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for actively prospecting and generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be key in establishing strong client relationships and fostering long-term partnerships.


  1. Prospect and Generate Leads: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation techniques. Utilize various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and referrals, to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  2. Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies. Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
  3. Understand Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of client requirements, pain points, and objectives. Tailor solutions to address their specific challenges and offer customized services that align with their business goals.
  4. Close Deals and Achieve Revenue Targets: Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Apply strong sales strategies and techniques to successfully convert prospects into paying clients. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery. Provide valuable insights and feedback based on client interactions to enhance our offerings and improve the overall customer experience.
  6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Continuously enhance your knowledge of our services and solutions to effectively position them in the market.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
